INTO, a leading provider of global education solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to join our Middle East & North Africa (MENA) team based in Dubai. As a key player in our MENA Regional Office, you will be at the forefront of representing INTO in the region and driving successful student enrolments to our esteemed partner universities in the US, UK, and Australia.
Your Role:
As the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Recruitment, Middle East & North Africa. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver budgeted enrolments through effective management of our agent network in the Gulf Region, with a special focus on the UAE, Egypt, and Oman. You’ll take the lead in developing and implementing an annual recruitment strategy for the region, ensuring the achievement of student recruitment targets and the nurturing of key relationships with education agents, schools, and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management: Build and manage relationships with our network of Gulf Region-based agents to meet and exceed student recruitment targets.
Training Initiatives: Provide training to key agents and counsellors through regular visits, training sessions (both face-to-face and webinars), and other support mechanisms.
Promotional Activities: Support key agents in promotional events such as Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days to enhance INTO’s visibility and attract prospective students.
Team Management: Manage one or more Recruitment Managers within the region, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably in the MENA region. Previous team management experience is highly desirable.
Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster strong connections with agents, schools, and sponsors.
Initiative: Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, taking ownership of agent relationships and representing INTO at events.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to contribute effectively to the development of recruitment strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Global Perspective: An understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, fostering a global perspective.
