We are looking for a brand & marketing obsessed individual, with a proven ability to build brands, who can partner in building brand & marketing strategies for new and existing brands across Majid Al Futtaim. The role will mean working with our different businesses across the company supporting them in the marketing strategy, content strategy thinking and enabling them to have sharp, consumer focused marketing & communication plans that are designed to win.
You Will Be Part Of The Customer Engagement Team And You Will Work With The Different Business Units To Help Them Drive Customer Lifetime Value Through Sharp Marketing Strategies And Full Funnel Plans Focused On
Driving engagement and growth within our existing customer base, with a focus on High Value segments.
Attracting, acquiring and engaging new High Value/High Potential customers.
Building brand superiority and differentiation through Customer Marketing and Engagment.
Improving our communication and content via leveraging deep consumer insights and leveraging best practices across channels.
Driving and optimizing Media startegies focused on achieving business goals and results.
You will need to work closely with a variety of professionals from both internal teams within Holding, SHARE and across the BUs as well as agency partners including Brand, Customer Marketing, Social/Digital Marketing, Content Managers, Digital Analytics, Product/Tech Managers, and Customer Intelligence Teams.
Role Details – Key Reesponsibilities & Accountabilities
Leads the thinking and development of marketing stategy, identifies key business drivers and develops consumer winning strategies and marketing plans that are line with brand & business goals.
Lead the thinking & development of content strategy and guidelines across all channels to improve our consumer communication metrics across all our business units.
Together with Analytics and insights teams, deeply understand customers and competitors via research, customer immersions, surveys and existing analytics to identify high value, high potential customers as well as segment customers into personas which will inform all engagement efforts
Drive insights based on customer and comptitor knowledge, that would inform all marketing & engagement efforts
Leads business analysis, identifies opportunities across categories and businesses and coverts them into growth plans to drive revenue and profit.
Functional/ Technical Competencies
MS/MBA in Business administration marketing sciences or comparable qualification BS in marketing
Proven track record in Marketing, Brand management roles and leading Customer centric organizations leading Marketing efforts with minimum 6-9 years of working experience including:
Development and execution of the Marketing Strategy and tactics within the MENA region [preferably UAE, KSA and Egypt].
Managing a category or brand, defining the brand strategy, marketing strategy, and leading day to day execution on the brand with a proven track record of growing revenue and profit.
Analysing and monitoring competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth
