Job Description

Ensure that all Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements pertaining to the project are in place and monitored as per the project management plan Monitor and control and Report monthly progress and perform variance analysis against schedule baseline, in case of delay, do investigation of the causes and recommend corrective actions if required
Review the traffic diversions in roads project, submit to the concern Departments, teams, and arrange for site visit inspection for opening the diversion.
Ensure full compliance for the quality/specification of the materials/products and work done and managing inspection/testing activities regularly during the implementation stages of the project.
Identify communication requirements, correspondence policy, periodic meetings, reports, and information distribution policy and communication plan.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure contractors’ compliance with approved technical standards and specifications.
Follow up with assigned maintenance programs for the projects.
Prepare plan, procedures, KPIs and projects budgets.
Review financial claims submitted by the contractors
Review plans, drawings and designs of road projects.
Evaluate contractors and sub contractors before and after executing the project.
