About The Role
Employee Engagement manager will help GMG enrich its born-to-win culture. The person will lead in creating the environment where employees are engaged and are able to perform at their fullest potential. At GMG, we believe it is everyones responsibility to develop the best talent, together, we can create a compelling experience that shifts mindsets and behaviors to drive long term impact. Employee Engagement manager will be responsible for nurturing culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on building strong employer and corporate brand. The person will also serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influence strategy, engagement, and ONE FAMILY culture that drives pride, passion, and advocacy at GMG.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute a global strategic roadmap centered around best in class initiatives leveraging data to implement strategies that promote and achieve a culture of excellence and high engagement.
Develop and execute a global approach that capitalizes on robust employee engagement strategy that supports GMGs business priorities.
Deploy an effective engagement survey on yearly basis by partnering with key stakeholders across functions globally.
Developed and implemented comprehensive enablement initiatives post survey to facilitate company-wide action planning.
Support the organizations culture and vision through employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Bring change by creating effective internal communication campaigns and ensuring best practices are implemented.
Educational Qualifications And Certificates
Bachelors degree is required. Advanced degree (MA/MBA/PhD) preferred.
Experience
10+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience & organizational effectiveness
Deep functional knowledge in designing and implementing global surveys.
Ability to synthesize large data sets (employee database, qualitative and quantitative survey data) into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change.
Proven track record of successfully managing large scale global projects.
Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
Vendor management experience is desirable

Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Stellar team, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with demonstrated ability to influence peers, senior leaders, and across organizational lines.
Skilled in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint; curious about new learning technologies.
