Senior Consultant | Digital Experience Full Time

For our fast-growing consulting division, we’re currently looking for a:

SENIOR CONSULTANT | Digital Experience,

who will be based in our Dubai Office, contributing to the ideation of digital strategies for a defined portfolio of clients in Middle East.

You should have a good mix of consulting and analytics skills, business understanding, technical knowledge, as long with deep knowledge of web and digital environment.

You shall also help the client define, execute and evolve the project, as well as building and maintaining a strong customer relationship.

As Senior Consultant, you will:

• Understand business targets and goals through discovery workshops with business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and/or client’s end-customers

• Scan the market for best practices and perform continuous benchmarking

• Retrieve and analyze data to validate understanding of current digital user behavior

• Draw user personas and their profiles

• Map current user journeys, identify pain-points and suggest a revamped user experience based on new journeys across all digital channels

• Suggest/ideate digital features that will contribute to the achievement of the client’s business targets and prioritize such features in a delivery roadmap based on complexity and business impact

• Monitor the delivery roadmap by identifying KPIs and performance targets. Suggest corrective measures in case of deviations.

• Draw and suggest information architecture (IA) for revamped websites, portals, or apps

• Coordinate the production of UX (wireframes) and UI (design) from relevant team

• Conduct Digital Experience maturity assessments and analysis

• Ensure profitability targets on assigned projects are met

• Conduct or coordinate pre-sales activities as appropriate to grow the business within the assigned accounts

Your identikit is:

• 5+ years experience in a consultant, analyst or project manager role for digital experience projects (websites, UX/UI, ecommerce, portals) in a digital experience agency/service provider.

• Educational background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Management or Information Technology

• Acceptable knowledge of CMS and DXP solutions, back-end integrations

• Experienced with budget creation and budget management

• Understanding of consultative selling practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent leading and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
