Job Description For Senior Associate/ Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate/Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in Due Diligence, Restructuring and related fields. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a leadership role and help guide our team in creating and executing strategies to meet our business goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Due Diligence, Restructuring and related projects for our clients in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Review, analyze and evaluate financial information to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement financial strategies including capital structure, risk management, and investment/divestment decisions.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
Identify and resolve problems related to financial transactions and internal processes.
Provide guidance and direction to junior team members.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
3-6 years of experience in Due Diligence, Restructuring and related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
