Job Description
Responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and monitoring financial transactions .
Monitor all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax payments, and ensure they are properly recorded in the companys accounting system.
Conduct regular audits of the companys financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Developing financial policies and procedures, conducting financial analysis, and preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Advise management on financial matters, including financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing training and development opportunities.
Candidate should have experience and proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks , Zoho , Xero or Major ERPs ( SAP, Oracle ) etc.
Responsible for conducting regular audits of the companys financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing training and development opportunities.
Responsible for supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and analysis to management.
Responsible for advising management on financial matters, including financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Industry Experience
Should have working experience in services company catering to electromechanical or contracting companies.
Requirements Skills, Tools And Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Computer Skills with proficient in MS OFFICE including word, excel, powerpoint, project, and outlook.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new services.
Overall Experience (Years): 10-12 years

Education : Masters Degree in Accounting
