Senior Account Manager – Sales Full Time

ASTUDIO, a one-stop creative, digital and production agency, is looking to employ a full-time Senior Account Manager – Sales – a strategic, passionate account manager with solid sales experience working in a video production house or digital agency and an eye for spotting business opportunities from a mile away.

What you need to do:

Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services
Meet and exceed targets and budgets
Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings
Ensure efficient collaboration with the creative team to meet your clients’ requirements
Manage client leads in different sectors including luxury, fashion, tourism, and the government sector
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
Develop quotes and proposals for new clients
Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in managing RFPs / sales for governmental clients is an added bonus
Strong project management skills
Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is essential
Excellent command of the English language
Arabic is a major plus
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude
