You will be working as Sales Support Specialist, will be part of Electrification Business Area for Installation Products division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the assigned sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area

Your responsibilities
Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/sales specialists about ABB ELIP products and solutions across UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Pakistan and Kuwait
Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues, sharing best practices and lessons learned, preparing and checking technical articles for publication
Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems, ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries
Ensuring achievement of targets on orders, demand revenue, demand orders and profitability, supporting the sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers
Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicating to the sales organization, providing technical support to the sales team during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and offers product/ solution/service-related training
Preparing/supporting the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements and designs, ensuring technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions are appropriate

Bachelors degree Electrical Engineer
0 to 1 years of proven relevant experience
Knowledge on Portfolio Management
Fluency in English and Arabic language is mandatory
