Your Challenges

Preparations of Quotes and documenting the same
Preparations of Tender quotes in collaboration with the Sales Team and documenting the same
Attending promptly to the Leads generated through various touch points.
Liaising with partners with new products update, pricing and other relevant information
Liaising with partners for follow up on payments, promptly
Prompt and Efficient Order processing
General letter preparations for the customers.
Receiving customer/ partner calls and ensuring the requests are addressed politely and promptly.
Liaising with the Office Manager to manage the needs, cleanliness and order in the office.
Vetting the data to be populated into the CRM.
Experience in handling Logistics and know-how of Customs documentation
Inventory Management

Your expertise

3 to 5years of experience
Excellent Excel skills.
Knowledge on SAP
Excellent written communication skills in English
Able to comprehend and respond with clarity and integrity
Personal values are consistent with Eppendorf’s “Vision and Values”
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Should have a bachelor’s degree
Having a biology/ life science background is an added advantage
