We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Controls,Electrical & Digitalization department encompassing Distributed ControlSystem (DCS) for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressors and Balance of Plantincluding relevant Electrical and Digitalization Portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the developmentof Siemens Energy Order Entry in region middle east and will have, as part ofsuch responsibility, to:

Work together with relevant stakeholders in toinfluence customer.
Developing technical solutions to meet customerneeds
Define Bid/Win Strategy.
Responsible for the project bid clarificationand negotiation with customer.
Establish and maintain the partnership with keycustomer in Power Industry.
Update market and customer requirements/trendsfor related product developments.
Fulfill the sales target and excel theexpectation.
Organize and develop individual offeringstogether with our customers and Siemens Energys market and domain experts
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriateproducts, services and/or solutions out of the CD portfolio
Develop and manage technical proposals and leadcontract negotiation.
Further activities include developing andimplementing sales strategies; managing existing customer relationships;pricing and sales activities; developing and implementing advertising andpublicity campaigns.
Have key insights into the Siemens Energyportfolio and be familiar with the products and their associated businessmodels.
Learn and keep global network informed of competitivemarket information, discussing customer issues and building key internalrelationships.
Manage the sales funnel by timely documentingthe life cycle of CD business opportunities and ensure all businessopportunities are properly entered into Salesforce.com (SFDC), forecasted andtracked to closure
Good understanding of existing market andsolutions in the industrial and power generation environment.
Ensure that products are developed sustainably:i.e. have real market viability in the general product portfolio.
Support Project Managers and Sales Managers inaligning products with overall business strategy and strategic goals of theircustomers
Facilitate healthy knowledge sharing betweenSiemens (as OEM) and customers
Provide voice of the client needs/competitiveintelligence, market drivers and buying influences for the development of newproduct and service offerings
