Sales Manager Full Time

Finance Guide, an international online school (specializing in investment education in Europe), is looking for a Sales Manager to become an essential part of our team and contribute to the growth of our project.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries for courses and club memberships
• Communicate with clients via messengers, calls, and written correspondence
• Assist clients in choosing the right pricing plan and answer their questions
• Record client information in the CRM system
• Meet personal sales targets
• Improve sales scripts and test new approaches
• Work with repeat customers and guide them to purchase
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, neural networks) to automate and enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in online education or finance
• Residence in Europe (EU or Serbia) – this is a mandatory requirement
• Strong ability to identify client needs and offer compelling solutions
• Proficiency in messenger communication and phone negotiations
• Excellent written and spoken Russian
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, neural networks for workflow optimization)
• A strong desire to grow in sales and advance to a leadership role
