vCommission A Leading Global Affiliate Marketing Network. Delivering Performance on Web & Mobile to Worldwide Advertisers through a growing network of 100K+ Publishers, with presence in India, Singapore, UAE, UK & USA is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional Sales Manager (Affiliate Marketing) to join our sales team in Dubai.
This role requires an individual contributor to report directly to the CEO, with a focus on Advertiser sales for Global Affiliate marketing campaigns, focus on acquiring new merchants for our platform. You will be responsible for the whole customer life cycle and ensure that the merchants are developing their presence on our website and throughout our network.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with leveraging data to drive revenue growth, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. An Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs associated with Publisher ecosystem (revenue per redirect, revenue per session, conversion, cost of sale, etc.), as well as the ability to monitor media budgets and issue client analyses. Additionally, this individual must have end-to-end relationship management skills, including identifying customer needs, providing solutions, delivering client services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, strategic development, and performance and maintenance of the sales team
Establish and maintain business relationships with all clients to ensure long-term retention and build a network of future prospects.
Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry
Identify and network with existing and future clients, generate business for existing accounts, achieve profitability, and increase sales growth
Actively seek out new business opportunities through marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
Lead sales efforts in the affiliate publishing business
Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
Manage all levels of accounts, nurture and expand existing business partnerships.
Analyse data and generate insights to optimize performance and revenue growth.
Work cross-functionally to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
Compile reporting and analysis on marketing performance
Make recommendations for mutually beneficial long-term customer relationships.
Stay current on industry trends.
Accountabilities And Deliverables
Prospection: searching for potential customers using search engines, LinkedIn, similar web and all the other web tools available.
Develop strong relationships with merchants that drive growth.
Demonstrate the ability to develop the right strategy with all your accounts and create up sale opportunities.
Requirements
7+ years of strategic account management and new business acquisition experience with a proven track record within a structured sales environment
Experience in performance marketing / affiliate marketing preferred.
Business professional level of English & Arabic (additional European Languages are a plus!)
Frequent travel as needed for trade shows and customer/company meetings.
Sales and negotiation experience in a new business development environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
Working knowledge of Tracking Platforms (HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, etc.)
Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
Nationality: British, Irish, and Lebanese only
