About the Role:

A company is hiring an experienced Growth Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC region. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a successful track record of SME B2B logistics or fleet management tech sales in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients across the GCC, focusing on logistics, transportation, healthcare, government, and related sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through a mix of outbound efforts (cold outreach, social selling, networking) and inbound channels (events, referrals, and partnerships).
• Own and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, ensuring a consultative and customer-centric approach.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with client needs, market dynamics, and cultural nuances across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, lead tailored demos, and present compelling proposals to decision-makers, highlighting the impact of company’s AI optimization solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact in the region throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts to expand footprint and maximize client value.
• Stay informed on regional market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer challenges in fleet and workforce management.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, forecast pipeline revenue, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SME B2B SaaS sales, ideally in logistics or fleet tech.
• Proven record of closing high-value deals in the GCC.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in the UAE and available for regional travel.
