What You Will Do
- The sales Coordinator will support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in the office by providing assistance in all administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming requests from clients and hotels, act as primary client contact when Sales Managers are out of the office
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.
- Correspond via email and telephone with clients regarding inquiries, reservations, and hotel requests.
- Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, and e-mails using MS Word, MS Excel, Golden Sales & Catering and Outlook.
- Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts, including traces, creating and updating bookings, and systems maintenance.
- Complete all weekly/monthly reports (including but not limited to; Forecast, Sales Reports, function room occupancy and availability reports, Accounts lists, etc.) on a timely basis.
- Assume responsibility to enforce corporate standards, monitor all activity in Salesforce such as consistent account input, correct booking information, correct use of the system
- Run all month end reports associated with Corporate Month End and complete the month end tracking spreadsheets.
- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Planning Committee.
- Fielding incoming inquiries and distributing them to the proper recipient.
- Managing projects related to sales initiatives such as holiday gifts
- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

- Communicate effectively with clients and all levels of management
- Manage and prioritize work with minimal supervision
