About The Job
The Sales Associate (SAL) is responsible for ensuring a steady lead generation, maximization of conversion rate of qualified leads to become customers, populating the sales pipeline and monitoring opportunities. The SAL is in charge of driving sales by approaching consigners through regular visits and convincing them to consign assets.
Details
1-Approach consigners through regular visits, phone calls and emails, handle walk in clients, explain the process and
2-Organize cold calling campaigns periodically to drive sales
3-Ensure steady lead generation
4-Maximize conversion rate of qualified leads to become customers
5-Closely monitor the annual sales pipeline and routinely analyse revenue from loyalty and acquisition customer base
6-Analyse reports from business intelligence graphically
7-Support the sales team with presentations, collateral and other marketing materials to maximize sales acquisition effectiveness
8-Provide support to the sales team by tracking announcements of tenders and major projects
9-Populate the sales pipeline and monitor opportunities
10-Prepare post auction price trend analysis reports for different equipment categories
11-Track competition in the local market
12-Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
13-Post auction analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements
Professional Experience
1- 2 to 3 years in a similar associate role preferably in the auction sector
2-Experience in art work, printing material and advertising
3-Creativity is required
4-Capable of preparing written documentation
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
1-University Associate degree
2-Knowledge of vehicles and property will be a definite advantage
Preferred Qualifications
3-University Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising from an accredited institution
Functional Knowledge
1-Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role
2-Creative, confident and outgoing personality.
3-Excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of graphic design
4-Well organized and self-motivated.
5-Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
6-Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
7-Good understanding of organizational processes, written communication and reporting
