Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our #Squad. At this position, you will be responsible for the support of sales operations for Breitling MEA area. The role handling overall sales assistance, maintaining Breitling sales systems and POS data, coordination of sales activities and programs, support of sales ordering, sales administration, stock supervision, sales analysis, and reports, support and administration of sales training activities.
Your responsibilities:
Overall assistance and support of sales activities
Maintain the Breitling systems and programs such as E-Warranty, WinShuttle Evolve, Salesforce, Sales App, Power BI and Breitling Challenge etc.
Collecting and update of POS data and information (POS Name, Address, Sales staff etc.)
Support of sales planning and sales ordering
Support of Breitling Training activities, administration of Breitling Challenge and online training activities. Monthly report of Breitling Sales personnel certification at POS
Distribution of Sales information to the Breitling partners
Coordination of Sales activities internally with other departments and externally with Breitling partners
Support and administration of sales analysis and reporting
Your profile:
You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, and ideally within the Luxury and /or FMCG industry
You graduated a Masters degree
You are an advanced PC user (Microsoft Office + programs)
You are familiar with business administration
You have an understanding of sales processes
You are able to work very independently and with high motivation, as well to follow HQs guidelines
You have a good level of communication skills in English
