Requirements For The Role

Person who goes above and beyond
Experienced in estimating and QS works for plumbing
Has a deep understanding of bathroom/kitchen and plumbing products is preferred
Expertise in frameworks (internal System), G-suite products, Powerpoint and Excel
Proficiency in mathematics, statistics and data analysis
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to create report writing and strategic planning skills
Stable Internet to be able to connect to local server with VPN
Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
Able to work during Australian office hours
Clear in spoken communication but won’t talk to our customers

Tasks Within The Role Include

Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
Prepare location plans and specific images
Create list of selection images for quotes
Pre quote type ups
Determining what factors of production will influence the cost product
Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
Managing bids from vendors and contractors
Use data to prepare detailed cost analysis.
Presenting prepared estimates to management
