Summary

To analyse the current revenue generation trends of the hotel in order to identify critical areas for Revenue Enhancement.
To develop and implement integrated solutions which enable the hotel to leverage increased profitability via Business Intelligence and Revenue Management practices, focusing on revenue engineering at all profit centers of the hotel and improving efficiency in cost control.
To assist in monthly and weekly reforecasting.
To assist in managing costs based on key performance indicators.
To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset. Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue , Marketing ,Analyst. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Business and Occupational tax management and receipting, sales tax compliance and other ancillary licensing revenue streams.
