A Restaurants Sales Coordinator will be coordinating restaurant reservations, ensuring that guests needs are met and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant as well as maximizing revenue opportunities in the hotel’s food & beverage outlets.
What will I be doing?
The Restaurants Sales Coordinator will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded reservations while ensure guest satisfaction. Specifically, a Restaurants Sales Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Coordinate restaurant reservations and ensure that guests are promptly seated upon their arrival.
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including greeting customers, managing waitlists and ensuring that customer needs are met.
Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth continuity of restaurant services.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to create and promote promotions.
Use customer feedback to improve restaurant operations and service.
Maintain accurate records of outlet bookings and manage reservation cancellations or changes.
Provide excellent customer service at all times, addressing guest concerns and inquiries with a positive attitude.
Ensure that the restaurant’s appearance is always clean and tidy for an exceptional dining experience.
Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Participate in hotel promotional activities
