Summary
- To ensure that all the reservations received through fax, telephone, mail, extranet or central reservation systems’ referral are processed on time.
- To help develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
- To maintain effective communication on all reservations made to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- To provide accurate information pertaining to the hotel features and facilities.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
