Ventures Middle East Market Research Division is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Research Manager.
Scope of work: Lead the execution of research projects by drafting proposals, selecting methods, supervising teams, and presenting findings.
Role and Responsibilities:
Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals
Establish goals and develop plans/strategies to identify and qualify potential clients, opportunities, bids and proposals, strategic relationships, and strategic partnerships for business and revenue growth.
Cold calling, attend conferences and industry events to target prospective clients and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Select and offer the proper research methodology and data analysis to the client
Taking on full ownership of a work stream within a large project or the leadership of the project as a whole
Overall Project Management of all the assigned projects
Developing proposal (financial and technical) for market research studies
Development of conclusions and actionable recommendations
Contribute towards development of coherent and concise deliverables for the project
Structuring the project framework and defining specific methodologies to be used to solve business challenges within the context of the project
Actively managing the client relationship partner during the project
Leading the design of applicable solutions for the business problems identified during the project
Producing recommendations that result from client interviews, data gathering and analysis
Leading the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters Degree
Bilingual Arabic/ English
At least 6 to 10 years relevant experience
Well-developed research skills, knowledge and thinking
Strong client-servicing principles
Advanced project management capabilities / Solid experience in questionnaire design
Good analytical and Presentation skills
Design and development of projects; managing budgets and resources; working effectively with team members, partners, funders
