A Restaurant Digital Media Manager manages and executes the restaurant’s digital media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include

Developing and implementing digital media plans to support marketing and promotional initiatives.
Managing and updating restaurant’s social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, with fresh, relevant content.
Creating, curating, and publishing visually appealing content, such as photos and videos, to engage customers and promote menu items and specials.
Analyzing and reporting on digital media metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in digital media management. Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills are also required.
