Job Purpose
Drive revenue and growth for the Rental Aftermarket services business in line with the Rental Aftermarket Growth Strategy.
Lead and support strategic projects to support growth plans as assigned.
This will be achieved in close collaboration with the respective dealer(s) and under the direction of Aftermarket Solutions Area Manager.
Will provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to optimize dealer rental fleet and aftermarket offerings, in addition to leveraging existing processes to Caterpillars benefit, while recognizing and respecting independence of dealer.

Geographical Responsibility: Europe, Africa, and Middle East Aftermarket Growth goals, including OPACC Improvement Agenda metrics
Job Duties
As a Rental Aftermarket Territory Manger, you will serve as the main point of contact for the development and execution of aftermarket growth plans to drive profitable parts and service revenue in the assigned territory.
You will assist dealers in optimizing the operational costs of their rental fleets and drive incremental OPACC to the business.
Must communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
Proven leadership in innovation of new or improved ideas/processes is key to this role, along with the execution to the market.
Work across various functional business units to achieve parts objectives and work with regional partners along with dealers and customers to implement parts marketing activities and drive parts growth.
Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative, cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit.
Position will require travel to understand regional business conditions and dealer capabilities.
Standard Job Duties Include, But Not Limited To
In collaboration with assigned dealers and rental sales team, develop and implement aftermarket growth plans.
Collaborate with rental power sales team to identify accounts for growth.
Develop aftermarket solutions growth opportunities & execute approved targeted marketing campaigns.
Optimize parts sales variance within budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver division business plan.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improving rental aftermarket repair options.
Understand and identify dealer planned overhauls and develop support programs as needed to capture business.
Solicit direct financial performance details to develop application experience and life cycle cost knowledge of the customers application and industry to improve the competitive positioning of Caterpillar product.
Support the development of other specialized aftermarket programs, 2nd life programs, Rental Customer Value Agreements, and Cat Connect Alignment programs.
Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations.
Analyse fleet data and leverage insight tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
College or University degree
5-8 years of industry experience, Engineering & Transportation product and/or field experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Previous experience with data analysis / interpreting data to identify opportunities.
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels and across organizations.

Self-starter and team player
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Specific Electrical Power Division product or industry knowledge
Prior experience in aftermarket or developing aftermarket solutions.
Prior field sales experience
Self-starter and team player
Previous 6 Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or project management experience
Proficiency in data analysis
Accomplished in the use of business tools for communicating ideas.
