Registered Nurses Full Time

About the job
We are seeking experienced and licensed Registered Nurses with a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

Responsibilities
Assess patient health problems and needs
Provide comprehensive patient care, following the Scientific Nursing Process and complying with policy, evidence-based practice, and clinical pathways, while also adhering to the International Patient Safety Goals.
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Record & register patient’s medical information & complete pre examination records
Prepare examination room, ensure comfortable environment & adequate supply of materials and equipment
Prepare the patient for examination / procedures & provide privacy
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Educate patients and their families on health and illness prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
Comply with patient rights, educational requirements, and statutory obligations
Implement nursing practice standards and care guidelines, while also ensuring their adherence
Requirements
Excellent written and oral English Language
Must have DHA license/Eligibility letter.
Bachelors in Nursing or Equivalent
Have at least 2 years related experience. Preferably have experience in UAE or Gulf region
Experience as Registered Nurse in Home Country
High level of consolidated experience in nursing care
Previous medical assistance experience
Previous public health and/or travel health experience
