Registered Nurse – Psychiatry Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with Psychiatry Experience and Certification to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, monitoring patients’ conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for patients with mental health conditions
Administer medication and monitor patients’ responses to treatment
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Stay up-to-date with developments in mental health treatment and nursing practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Certification in Psychiatry Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a psychiatric clinic or hospital
DHA eligibility or license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
