We are expanding and seeking an experienced and high-performing Regional Sales Manager for our product line Anybus Diagnostics & Security (formerly known as Procentec). The candidate will report to the General Manager for the Middle East (based in Dubai, UAE).

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for growing our Diagnostics & Security product line within the Middle East Work closely with Market Unit BDM and local office to develop business relationships with regional partners and major customers
Develop business relationships with major key accounts in Manufacturing, Utilities, F&B and O&G Sectors
Identify, qualify, and develop partner network within specified territory along with strategic support of regional GM
Develop and execute partner sales growth plan
Co-ordinate with General manager and Business (Product) unit colleagues in Europe for new product launches
Research and identify markets trends and growth areas Build in-depth product and application knowledge
Meet short (monthly, quarterly) and long-term (yearly) business objectives
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure marketing activities are consistent with sales plans

Requirements
Min. diploma in Engineering related discipline
Min. of seven to ten years of business development & sales experience in a B2B context in industrial automation in the GCC region, with a special focus on end users
Must: Candidates with competency in PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Industrial Ethernet and Ethernet/IP networks, SCADA systems
Sales Hunter and consultative mindset to sell innovative solutions and trainings
Proficient English level (technical writing and speaking) with the ability to communicate clearly
Able to travel extensively within the Middle East
Great communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment: self-driven and collaborative
Takes full accountability for actions and the role; performs well under pressure
Resourceful in solving problems with limited resources; develop solutions to the problems or obstacles that come up in your role
Strong industry network/contacts and ability to make lasting connections

Must-Have
Valid UAE or KSA Driving License
Transferable Visa/Clearance from Labor Department and the previous employer to join HMS, 1 Month Notice Period
Personal Vehicle

Preferred
Prior experience with Procentec or OT Network Security/Diagnostics and Uptime products, Certified PI Engineer
Prior experience with GCC end users in Utilities, Manufacturing, F&B, O&G sectors
Deep knowledge of GCC Industrial Market landscape
