Your Impact:
The Healthcare Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for each distributor in their assigned territory. Through their activities (presentation support, distributor owner influence, sales personnel management and training, etc.) we improve our distributors competence the ability to outsell our competitorsand coverage the number of sales hours a distributor focuses on our product.
Responsibilities:
Distributer Management lead the distribution channel and maximize dollar per bed in the region by:
Market strategy
Proper balance of competence and coverage
Best sales practices, CRM implementation, growth strategies
Sales competency with coaching, ride-alongs and training
Forecast accuracy
Direct Selling lead and oversee the sales process on key strategic sales opportunities with the region. Manage key customer presentations and solution center visits. Position new software/solution-based offerings with focus on value/outcome-based selling. Understand clinical and IT workflow and be a trusted advisor to clinical and IT leaders including C-level decision-makers
Territory Manage
Clear understanding of competitive landscape
Manage key partner/vendor relationships for region
Deep understanding of regional acute care hospital market dynamics leading to accurate 30-6-90 sales forecasts
Forecasting Sales forecasting for the region, maintaining Sales Force and providing insights, Market Analysis
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
Minimum 8 years related sales or software sales experience or capital system sales in healthcare
English required, multilingual Arabic would be a plus. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to speak comfortably to groups of 10-100 people.
Operate independently and partner with both internal and channel stakeholders to drive key sales activities
Must be based in Dubai/India
Value/Outcome based selling, recurring revenue models, distributed leadership and team building, presentation proficiency, coaching and management.
Should have an inclination for new technology, able to set up and troubleshoot Demo systems, and teach reps how to setup and use these systems and any associated technology
Coaching and teaching, computer and related technology
Able to travel 60-70% of the time throughout the region for meetings/presentations
Desired: sales management with a distributor channel, software sales experience in Healthcare, Nurse Call sales experience
Desired: knowledge of computers, networks and servers
