The Candidate
As Recruiter, you will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering FIVE-star experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations is also essential.
Youll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand the Business Manpower requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Work with the recruitment manager on the full cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and other countries
Advertise the vacancies using all suitable platforms and sources.
Continuously come up with a creative, attractive method to attract candidates.
Shortlist candidates applications and invite them for interviews with the heads of departments
Monitor the efficiency of the Recruitment agencies in terms of new hires quality, speed of the process and provide periodic feedback and recommendations
Ensure availability of candidate documents as per government requirements.
Ensure the maintenance & track of the recruitment process from the date of recruitment till the date of joining
Complete screening, interviewing and candidate assessment and record it.
Send acceptance and regret emails to the candidates and update them with their hiring progress.
Coordinate with Admin team to ensure government progress is completed in the proper order and time.
Review, maintain and update the monthly reports within the agreed timeframe.
Respond to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies, ensuring the standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Identifies future opportunities for a potential source of recruitment (new markets)
Ensure coordination with Functional Heads for interviews & collect feedback for interviewed candidates
Advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools.
Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights to the leadership team.
Identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and management team scale a diverse and inclusive team.
Go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
Build a solid and positive relationship with candidates as an ambassador of our brand
Requirements
What Were Looking For
1-3 years experience in similar role in a luxury hospitality brand
Experience recruiting with high volumes, nightlife and F&B
Experience of working in a regional capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant countries
Strong knowledge of full circle of hiring and onboarding process for different positions and departments.
Possesses strong problem-solving, reasoning and analytical abilities and a strategic thinker
A Hands-on approach with a can-do! work attitude; with a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
A commitment to delivering exceptional Recruitment performance for the business
An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
Teamwork-oriented
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a necessity
Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial
