We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our companys recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent.
You will develop effective strategies, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise in recruitment will play a crucial role in shaping our team and driving our companys success.
How your Day will look like:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Lead the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback.
Conduct background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Experience in recruiting for digital marketing or advertising roles is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
