Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Requirements and skills
UAE Nationals Required.
Proven work experience of minimum 2 years as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role along with handling additional responsibility as PA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Arabic & English
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude
Diploma/Degree.
