As a Receptionist some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every visitor with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a professional and friendly experience from the moment they walk through the door
- Juggle conference room reservations, manage event schedules, and ensure seamless catering for meetings, your organizational skills will keep the office humming smoothly
- Playing a crucial role in maintaining office security, managing mail, and assisting with facilities communication; all while keeping the reception area spotless and inviting

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 5 years of experience in professional services in a customer facing or administrative role
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, office software, or scheduling tool
- Experience in basic data entry and recordkeeping, scheduling appointments and managing calendar
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)
- Tech-savvy problem solver, comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Master multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills
- A warm and professional demeanour with a collaborative with a positive attitude
- Excellent written communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
