We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and courteously.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while managing the front desk operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
• Maintain an updated record of office supplies, visitor logs, and appointments.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, manage conference room bookings, and assist in event arrangements.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
