Job Purpose

Managing the reception.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer calls at the switch board
• Meet and greet all visitors at the reception
• Receive couriers and documents at the reception and pass it to the appropriate staff
• Organize courier deliveries & pick ups
• Overall management of the Dubai reception
• Apply for gate pass for visitors, as and when required
• Assisting staffs by performing general administrative tasks, booking of meeting rooms, booking flights and hotel for business travels
• Liaising with Finance department for all invoices received and courier forecasts
• Manage inventories for all stationaries and other consumables

Skills And Attributes Required

• Qualification in admin or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, written English must be a key strength
• To be able to work to strict deadlines
• Strong inter-personal skills required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic book keeping will be an advantage
• Substantial experience in MS Office suite
