Receptionist Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a professional & courteous manner.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directors.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
• Admin-related tasks such as receiving a courier, arranging a courier, pantry supply, and office stationery.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

• Office location: Trio Towers, Barsha Heights.
• Working days: Monday to Thursday
• Working hours: 8 am to 6 pm
• Job Types: Temporary,
• Contract length: 3 weeks
• Monthly: Up to AED200.00 per day
• Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
