Key Responsibilities
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Handling mail and deliveries
Maintaining financial records, including invoicing and payments
Handling basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and bookkeeping
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in accounting or business administration is a plus.
