Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Analysis of water treatment (chemical & microbiology).
Regular food safety training to staff.
Provide solutions for enhanced and good quality operations.
Monitoring CIP sanitation, hygiene schedule, etc.
Maintaining all records in file as per HACCP, ESMA and DM requirements.
Any other responsibilities or tasks as directed from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 4 years of experience in the field.
Education: Engineering.
