Your role as a QA Engineer
Our R&D / PD team focuses on innovation and improvements of our in-house Low Code Development platform – Codex. Our Low Code Developers use this platform to quickly and functionally create state-of-the-art applications for our customers in a short period. As QA Engineer, you will focus on designing and implementing test automation within the Codex platform. You ensure that we uphold a high-quality standard within our development activities.
Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using testing frameworks, we currently use Playwright;
Executing automated tests and reporting results;
Analyzing and troubleshooting failed test cases;
Continuously improving and updating the test automation suite to increase efficiency and coverage;
Collaborating with the development team to integrate automated tests into the build and deployment process;
Continuously monitoring and analyzing software performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement;
Creating and maintaining documentation for the test automation process and procedures;
Ensure new versions of the Codex engine are of the same quality level as the previous ones, even after extensive rewrites.

We are in search of someone with a focus on solutions and opportunities, not impossibilities. You are eager to learn new things and are adaptable to do so. Furthermore, you have;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant studies;
4+ years of relevant QA/test automation experience;
Experience with Cypress OR Selenium is a hard requirement;
Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript;
SQL knowledge is a must;
Experience with K8s / Docker is a preference;
Fluent in English.
