The Role

We are looking for an experienced Analytics professional to join our growing E-commerce team as the Head of Analytics.
With this role, you will help guide our team into the future of digital marketing and e-commerce.
You will proactively analyze data from different sources to optimize investment, audience, and content mix ultimately driving ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing

Measure, track and analyze consumer and customer analytics across our e-commerce website, establish a strategy and provide actionable insights that translate into better business decisions
Providing thought leadership, idealization, and lead implementation in customer analytics, shopper analytics, and web analytics
Institutionalize customer analytics in business processes, both strategic and tactical
Lead the development of eCommerce analytics strategy and toolbox for the scope, in close collaboration with the digital marketing team
Create and handle eCommerce measurement, share projections & eCommerce business incrementality for key markets and categories

Ideally You Will Have

At least 5 years of business experience using analytics to drive business/marketing results in, ideally, multiple information-dense, consumer-facing industries (e.g., retail, consumer goods)
Experience with E-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, R, Python, and SQL
Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely with the appropriate visuals
Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; willingness to “have an opinion” backed up by insight and analytics to arrive at the best decisions and outcomes
Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
