We are currently looking for a Quality Executive Role servicing our UAE market. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and ensuring strong communication within our turnover services by directly reporting to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is excellent at the organization, with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Ongoing quality control visits of the units under management, including furnishing upgrades, cleaning, and maintenance checks, with formal reports after each visit
Tasks may involve visiting properties to assist with minor maintenance repairs
Build internal local and international relationships with Sales, Operations, Product, and Owner Success
Liaising with our Housekeepers via in-person meetings, calls, and chat
Daily feedback audits (including Guests and Owners) to ensure all points are addressed and actioned promptly with follow-ups
Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Troubleshooting and solving operational issues in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and ensuring guest and host satisfaction
A keen eye for detail is crucial
A people person, comfortable interacting with casual clients
Self-driven, self-motivated, team player, proactive – a hustler!
Ability to prioritize, structure, and solve problems
Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work under pressure whilst being calm and composed
Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
Ability to travel multiple times a week within Dubai and other UAE locations ad-hoc
Confidence being on the field
Experience in property management or interior design is desirable
