Property Executive Full Time

About the job
Our client is looking for a Property Executive to manage their private properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Liase with real estate agents
Place advertisements in key real estate portals
Conduct building inspections as per the approved schedule.
Support the line manager with the day-to-day activities of the department to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.
Ensure that monthly renewals are completed on or before 15 days prior to contract expiration.
Handle tenant requests for property management-related issues. Rent reductions/regears, cheque deferment, lease amendments, etc.
Follow up on bounced Cheques & legal cases

What we are looking for?

Minimum of 3 years in a Property Executive Role
Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market is a must.
Experience from reputed Landlords in delivering high customer satisfaction & Customer experience scores related to move-in, Living experience, Move -out and Renewals
Willing to join immediately
