Prepare engineering documentation in line with customer specifications,factory inputs and directions of technical specialist on projects and arrangingtransmittals.
Prepare work packages, bill of quantities for various equipment in aproject in collaboration with project manager, procurement manager andtechnical specialist.
Floating of enquiries with sub-suppliers, arranging offers, finalizationof sub-suppliers in collaboration with procurement manager / technicalspecialist and issuance of purchase orders using GSS.
Issuance of PO’s to sub-suppliers , follow up and ensure deliveries inline with project schedule and site schedule from time to time .
Collaborate with site manager/ lead engineer for site requirements on allprojects in UAE and Oman , and finalize site office and associated equipment /services.
Arranging tools and test equipment from warehouses to various sitesinteracting with stores coordinator , ensuring timely delivery to the sites.
Preparation of export documentation of equipment in line with companyregulations and export control, finalizing purchase orders with approvedlogistics service providers, coordination.
Arranging heavy equipment services at site such as cranes, forklifts,hiab in line with site requirements, finalization and issuance of purchaseorders ? Review of sub-supplier invoices in collaboration with commercialproject managers, check with site manager and ensuring approval and processingof GRs.
Collaborate with spares engineer and arrange deliveries of sparessupplies to customer with delivery notes and arranging acknowledgement /inspections with FS personnel and customer.
Tender preparation as per advice of Bid managers on mandatory documents,formats of various utilities in UAE and Oman and submission online.
Obtaining NOC from statutory authorities for DG consignments and other“release” level consignments , during customs clearance for projects.

What you Bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related.
Readiness to assume comprehensive areas of responsibility, with high degree of own initiative and responsible decision taking.
The international environment requires expert skills in spoken and written English language and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
