About The Role
Involved in full cycle, large-scale end-to-end international project implementations playing a key role in designing and
delivering solution to the business units
Technical Product Manager for planning suite including MFP, Demand Planning, Assortment Planning, Supply & Space
Planning
Responsible for Business process definition and modelling in collaboration with key business SMEs
To participate and conclude on business requirements along with business stakeholders
Should perform data analysis and identify areas of improvement/opportunities and convert them into project deliverables
Testing the system and its extensions or modifications
Responsible for change management within the organization as applicable
Well versed with Project Management principles such as Waterfall, Agile, Spiral etc.
Prepare and conduct training for system users
Working closely with multiple business units on daily basis to achieve defined business objectives & goals
Stakeholder Management including C-suite members, Directors, Suppliers & Customers
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience on planning solutions (o9/JDA/BY)
Experience of implementing demand planning, assortment planning, allocation & replenishment modules.
Able to demonstrate ownership & accountability while driving & implementing IT solutions to complex business process in
planning function
Extensive working experience in Retail Industry. Exposure to other industries such as Healthcare and FMCG is added
advantage.
Integration knowledge with SAP & other ERP / 3rd party systems
Good to have certifications CSPO, ITIL, CSM, PMP, SAFe, etc.
