Role

End-to-end project management of the VCN installments implementation project, including planning, execution, and closure
Manage and monitor project schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or deviations from project plans
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and project status reports with Mastercard and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities leading to launch
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date, complete, and accessible to all stakeholders
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
Build and maintain relationships with project vendors and workstream owners, ensuring their work is aligned with project objectives and deliverables
Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including conducting final quality reviews and sign-off

Requirements, Experience And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., project management, business, technology)
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end project management of complex projects in the payments domain
Extensive experience working on payment product and proposition launches (ideally in installments cards) in multiple markets
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks
Experience managing schedules, and resources, with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards
