Proven track record in successfully managing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan by defining project objectives, establishing timelines, and determining resource requirements.
Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring all expenses are properly accounted for and the project stays within the allocated budget. Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Team Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders such as architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth project execution. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks that may affect the project timeline.
Quality Control: Ensure that the interior fit-out work meets required quality standards and adheres to the client’s specifications. Conduct regular inspections, perform quality checks, and address any deficiencies or deviations from the agreed-upon design and scope of work.
Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Responsible for procuring materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) required for the project. Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations and standards are followed throughout the project. Identify potential risks, implement safety measures, and conduct regular safety inspections to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders. Provide regular project status updates to the client and management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and deviations from the original plan.
Time Management: Develop a detailed project schedule, identify critical paths, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Proactively address delays or obstacles that may impact the project timeline and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct a thorough evaluation after project completion to assess the project’s success, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback from the client and project team. Use this information to improve future projects and enhance overall performance.
