Key Responsibilities

Develop reporting frameworks to ensure actionable insights are provided to the management Develop the Health and Safety guidelines to comply with local regulations

Projects management Operational Responsibilities

Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.

Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness Manage first level escalation from contractors to reduce day to day

Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

Drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders

Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues People Responsibilities

Lead the Project Management team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports

Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues

Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

8+ years experience in a similar role as well as:

Project Management qualification PMP or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrate strong planning and organization skills

Strong communication skills

Strong Time Management Skills

Strong Stake Holder Management skills, both Internal and External Stakeholder

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Bachelors Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or related field Fluent in Business English

Discipline specific professional registration PMI, ICE, RICS

Experience in Dubai, working specifically with Dubai bodies e.g. Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc Strong Analytical Skills
