Description
EP is passionate about bringing our library of quality, curriculum-aligned online learning experiences to students across a number of growing markets around the world. To this end we are looking for a contract-based Project Coordinator to over see the auditing and alignment of our resources to ensure their fit for a global audience. This role is remote and can be based globally.
Responsibilities:
Support the Content Delivery manager in all aspects of project planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with a team of contractors to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop project timelines and schedules, track progress, and provide regular status reports.
Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
Ensure project documentation is maintained, accurate, and up-to-date.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in project administration, project coordination or project management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management software tools, such as Jira.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
