About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the technical delivery of a number of high profile concerts and festivals across the Middle East. The role will be based out of our office in Dubai, with travel for events across various locations within the Middle East (inc KSA, UAE and Qatar).

Please be aware that experience as a Production Manager within the music sector is absolutely essential, and you will not be shortlisted without this.

You will have responsibility for the following:

Advancing all stage and technical show requirements
Advancing all technical requirements with talent teams, in order to fulfil talent rider
Clear understanding of artist technical riders: backline, lighting, stage & sound equipment requirements
Sourcing & negotiating of technical equipment in line with talent contract and show requirements
Development and management of Tech Production budget, providing updates to Project Manager and Project Accountant
Logistics and movement of technical equipment to event location, including shipping & handling
Creation, management and delivery of production schedule
Management of all technical & stage staffing: Audio, Lighting, Backline, Set Carpenter, Stage Manager etc.
Management & coordination of all talent & event technical vendors
Liaison with event Project Manager and Talent Liaison team to deliver production aspects within the wider project scope
Attend regular team and client meetings
Liaison with venue operations regarding in-house technical production elements, scheduling and sound check

Willing to travel worldwide as/ when required

We will accept candidates who are not currently Dubai based, however, this role does not come with a relocation package so you will be responsible for setting yourself up to reside in Dubai ASAP.
