We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to troubleshoot and synchronize our technical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with agile teams. Your goal is to leverage tech solutions to optimize the meal plan business and customer experience
What You’ll Do
Act as the single point of contact for all technical issues for the end users
Respond to all queries within the defined SLA
Log incidents and service requests on the ticketing platform
Provide end-to-end resolution for technical issues
Escalate unresolved incidents to the development team and follow up to closure
Troubleshoot customer-related queries
Troubleshoot menu-related issues
Troubleshoot software-related issues
Troubleshoot Zoho CRM-related issues
Troubleshoot inhouse App related issues
Troubleshoot payment-related issues on the website and app
Enable or disable access to software and platform based on approval
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred
Experience with Zoho CRM, SQL is a must
Experience working in Agile methodologies
ITIL certification is a plus
Experience working with the Jira service management tool
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience in the F&B industry in a meal plan business is a big plus
Experience in automating tasks and workflows
Nice to have – experience in email marketing (Klaviyo)
Nice to have – experience in Deluge coding
