Product Assistant Manager Full Time

Job Purpose:

Taking an ownership in product management for VD category by developing product strategy, managing product launching, SCM, P&L, price positioning, and so on for the business area managed by SGE.

Developing / monitoring / expanding the business in the market as well as supporting the Head of Product Management & Business Head in various aspects of Product Management

Core Responsibilities:

Product Management
Product portfolio/mix management, pricing strategy development
Forecasting and reporting in various aspects of product management (e.g,. sales, inventory, etc)
Product specification update and maintenance
Sample management

Marketing & Promotion

UAE, GCC countries sales promotion development
Marketing strategy, product positioning and defining target market
Product launch management including LLP (local launching plan) development, and target launch date

Reporting & Analysis

Goal and KPI management for business and product marketing
SCM forecasting, preparation of Sub/RHQ/HQ reporting
P&L management, market assessment
Full P&L ownership, trend analysis, competitive landscape, monitoring roadmap

Qualifications:

Must hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management role

Experience:

Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group and or client
Computer literate and advanced user of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
